Screen Porch & Lanai Enclosures in Merritt Island, Florida
All Aluminum & Screening builds custom screen porches and lanais that give you shade, breeze, and bug protection in one structure for homeowners throughout Merritt Island. We are a family-owned Brevard County company working out of West Melbourne, which keeps our crews close and our estimates fast.
Sitting between the Indian and Banana Rivers, Merritt Island homes get salt-laden air from both sides, which shortens the life of standard mesh and hardware. We pull permits through the Brevard County permitting office, handle HOA paperwork where it applies, and back every job with our workmanship warranty.

What makes Merritt Island homes different for this service?
+
Sitting between the Indian and Banana Rivers, Merritt Island homes get salt-laden air from both sides, which shortens the life of standard mesh and hardware.
What is the difference between a lanai and a screened porch?
+
In Florida the terms overlap. A lanai usually describes a covered, often screened area at the back of the house, while a porch can be a front or side entry as well. We build both the same way: aluminum framing, screen mesh, and code-compliant doors.

Outstanding company. Fully licensed and insured, followed the rules, obtained the permits. The installers were highly professional and skilled. Highly recommend.
From the first meeting to the end we were informed of every step. Large screened cage with three picture windows so our lake views aren't obscured. Fantastic job.
